Evaluation
Through the use of screening tools and a comprehensive clinical interview, I gather information about your current situation. This allows me to develop collaboratively with you a treatment plan and goals, which may or may not include a recommendation for consultation regarding the possible use of medication, when indicated. We can then discuss options based on your needs and wishes.
Psychotherapeutic Treatment for Individuals
As described by l'Ordre des psychologues du Québec, psychotherapy is a treatment intended to ease psychological suffering or difficulty. It can involve helping the person to make changes in behaviour, emotions, or habits, find answers to his or her questions, make difficult choices, or better understand or cope with a difficult situation.
Psychotherapeutic Support in Groups
Sometimes clients choose to enhance their individual therapy through the support and sense of community a group setting can provide. Groups are professionally-led and are time-specific, usually lasting between 10-12 sessions.
Education & Family Support
An alternate method of support can be delivered through the attendance at workshops on various topics, including parenting skills, challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, and pregnancy following a loss.

This new law requires that private entreprises identify on their website the person responsible for privacy within the organization who will ensure compliance and implementation of the law.
